About Steve Habgood

Steve moved to Dallas in 1985 to pursue a marketing, public relations, and sales career. Before partnering with Kathy in 1999, he handled marketing, corporate communications, and public relations for Baylor University Medical Center, NUVO, and owned his own marketing communications company for five years. After 20 incredible years he turned over his partnership responsibilities of Hewitt & Habgood to Jason Saucedo, with the newly formed Hewitt + Saucedo Realty Group. Steve is a past president of the Kessler Park Neighborhood Association, has served as the chair of the MetroTex Association of REALTORS® MLS committee and is a past President the organization. He also served as the past President of North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS), past board chairman of the American Cancer Society/Dallas, and a past co-chair of Dallas's AIDS LifeWalk. Steve has served on the board of the Texas Association of REALTORS® and the board of the National Association of REALTORS®. He and his husband of 35 years live in Stevens Park Estates
